I have done my dissertation work in CCMB. CCMB made my every concept very clear there have seen various sophisticated instruments which won’t be available easily in any colleges and university. so I have learned its working principle and seen working it. they made us learn Basic, as well as advanced lab methods like using pipettes, mass spectroscopy, fluorescence microscope etc, were also practiced. the major method I learned is Gene cloning. overall it was working there, very friendly in encouraging environment.
