First of all good Things.
It is OK to start as a fresher. There is no much pressure for fresher’s and the salary is above market standards for fresh out of college , This is just to attract towards a company which does not offer a future.
As a fresher - Good respect for one year.
Bad future
The middle level management is utter waste here, they can be seeing gulping juice and sitting at their closed glass cube. The V.P here Nadimpalli Rama, as such takes no notice of this , as he himself wanted to survive here with their support. So Don’t ask & Don’t Tell is the policy among the Top managers here, with no competitive skills.
Certification Director Satish Rao openly favours his ex-Misys healthcare system friends. They get promoted easily.The lowest in the Totem ring does the work, and are taken no notice off.
After three years they find hard to promote as there is no career here.
They take people on contract as they don’t have skill sets in place. No transport, No Canteen, No Gym, No Bonus are few attributes which can be seen here.
Waste of Career here.
