I visit a top dermatologist in Los Angeles, California. I am seeing him due to a recent consistent monthly outbreak on my cheeks and jawline after having my face waxed. I have spent 1000’s of dollars over the years on designer skin care products.
I was shocked when my dermatologist put me on a regimen that included the Cetaphil cleanser and moisturizing lotion. This is not alone intended to clear up the breakout. It is to improve the skin texture and condition. Along with a good acne creme/treatment, this regimen has proven very successful for me.
The treatment I use is by prescription but it is made by the same company that makes Cetaphil.
I highly recommend this product as an alternative to pricey department store brands. I also learned that Cetaphil contains the same active ingredients as Chanel’s Precision line of skin care.
If your acne is not severe, a TEA TREE OIL stick or pure tea tree oil is a good way to control acne as well.
