My son is in the HSR layout branch. Every one in my family are happy with the way the my son who is in 2nd standard, is being handled. I am not sure why there is so much of negativity on the other reviews. My son has been to the Marathahally and HSR branch. I will list out the pros and cons
Pro:
Acads are just great. The kids are taught nearly most of the stuff in school and we just have to concentrate on extra curriculum
Very approachable staff and principal. I have never faced any attitude from any staff or the principal, who personally speaks to us
Contrary to perception, they have good(decent) extra curriculum. Nothing fancy, but Karate, yoga and life skills etc.

Cons
The schools are quite medium sized. Playgrounds are not large
HSR is still not completely constructed. Not a safety issue, as my child has been going there for a year, and I have not seen any unsafe place. But nevertheless, not all rooms were available in the beginning.
No fancy extra classses
I have no major complaints till now. Even if I have a small concern, I raise it with the teacher/coordinator who take prompt action. I agree, these are not elite schools, but they do teach well. I have personal experience till primary only, and hence cannot comment on the high school.
