Actually, I would rate Changepond as one of the top 10 company in india wrt technology and learning. I am asked to get in to Mobile technology and career path is very clear to every employee here. Those who are not performing, they are giving opportunity to develop but if you fail, they don’t have any room for you to continue.
Overall, I loved working for changepond and I was onsite for more than 6 months during my 2 years experience.
