We visited Chavana Spa at Vashi for the first time and it was a rather disappointing experience for us. My husband and I were gifted the Balinese Spa couple package. For starters, this is the first time we experienced a full body spa treatment which did not include a head massage, face massage and something that is extremely essential after any spa treatment - Steam!
It was 50 minutes of body massage.we felt towards the end the therapists started rushing through the massage to keep track of time. The idea was to relax and rejuvenate.our experience remained rather incomplete and hurried.
Also, the shower room needs proper plumbing as water doesn’t drain out properly.body cream tubes left for us to be used were empty.
We wouldnt recommend this spa to any of our friends. The class and standard has just not been maintained.
