To whomever it concern, I have shifted from Chennai to Hyderabad on 31st Oct, Morning by 9AM I got call and 5 people came and packed everything and all they told truck will come by 1PM and left, meanwhile one of the guy had borrowed my two wheeler, I don’t know were he went, he came back and left the vehicle without packing, then I called the person who made booking for me in KOLATHUR OFFICE her name is Madhavi, she told they will come again and pack, from 1:30PM I have been calling them literally till 6PM, meanwhile I asked her supervisor she gave the number of the supervisor name MADHU were I called and one girl picked the call, I told her I want to speak with MADHU she told he is busy and he put his number forward to my number . Then again she asked me to speak with Madhavi . no one gave me call back spoke with me and gave an update, after 30 calls finally she told the hindiwala who know the address came just now . We have given 1200 RS for the labours too in the morning . There is not even a single update they will never send you or call you once they packed . then again I called her on 1st nov and asked for the driver number, she told I am in lunch and I will send you but she din’t again I called up then she sent the number . then I called the driver he told it I will reach on 2nd NOV, then finally them came and delivered all the goods and I have given them 500 Rs . When I booked the packing with MADHAVI she told they will Unload and Unpack all the things when I requested them they told you can itself do it and then they delivered with fridge with broken legs and that delivery guy told me to get new one from hardware shop and went, After unpacking we found one of my Sofa Teepai with glass is broken, and 25000 RS worth sofa with wholes and around 5 photos got broken . Not even for a single moment they kept me in thought it is a good service . I will share this in all review page in internet and I will stop those person who is going for Chennai packers and Movers .
