The worst service that ever happened in my life. Please do not get cheated. I booked this service from chennai to pune and they delivered it after 3 months and that too i paid 2500 extra for them to deliver from mumbai to pune. Whenever i called the operator was very rude to me and i was forced to give them extra money to get my things delivered. Do not go for this and waste your money. They will be very good with your until you pay the money to them, after that they dont give a sh***. Please book it by kpn which is far far better than these people or get your friends on board and take things on out indian railway which will cost you not ever quarter of this money.
