Being a very popular brand, I never expected such a poor service from Chennai packers and movers. They are very particular about receiving the cash but to deliver the goods they take more than ten days. I shifted from Chennai to Coimbatore. They promised that the goods will be delivered the next day but they took around ten days to deliver. Didnt provide proper information on when the goods will be delivered.
Whenever we called, we received a harsh voice saying that the goods will be delivered tomorrow. But it never happened. When I received my goods some of cloths were badly bitten by rats. I don’t know where these guys dumped by goods for that ten days. My sofa got damaged. Very very poor service. Please never go to them.
