I haven’t seen such poor service. They confirm like they will deliver on a particular day but GOD only knows when the product will be delivered.I ordered two items out bwhich only one was delivered and Iam not even getting the refund for the other item which is not delivered.
I am now following up with these guys to get my refund , but iam finding a very difficult time. one my item was not delivered but they say all items are delivered.
Very Poor service and response. Now I order through other sites like chennaiplaza.com, us2chennai.com and these sites are very reliable and they deliver on time.
I paid extra charges for same day delivery.but it was not delivered on that day.Then whatzz the point in ordereing for same day delivery..
