Chennaifloristonline.com is one of the hopeless, unprofessional service available .They do not deliver the product as promised by them on the same day.They don’t have any respect for the customers time and they proclaim that they are not responsible for the service which they promise on their site.
I had a "fast track" watch to be delivered on 16-11-07 to velacherry, chennai , for which I placed the order on 15-11-07 at 20.30 hrs IST.Order No.HCOF-1511200714.
According to the details available on the website, they were open to take orders for goods to be delivered on 16-11-07.Accordingly the order was placed and the saga of unprofessionalism started.
When contacted for the non-delivery of the good(wrist-watch), the customer service manager their claimed that , it cannot be deilverd on the same day, as it is a watch.Will happen only on 19-11-07.When followed up for the non-delivery, the same customer service manager, promised that the watch would be delivered the next day i.e 20-11-07.The tomorrow never came and it is still not delivered.
To avoid the constant follow-up by the customer they put you on hold and dont pick up your call if they recognize your number.
I highly , do not recommend this online service for the goods to be delivers to any part of Chennai.
