First issue - My order was delivered on time as expected, however, the recipient did not receive any message/wishes I provided while ordering or even sender information. It was basically delivered as anonymous. That is highly disappointing.
Second issue - Some items were not as described on the website. For example - The two layered bamboo plant was listed nicely with a ceramic pot, however it delivered without a ceramic pot - website description clearly reads that pot is included. Who would deliver lucky bamboo without any pot, not even a plastic one?
Third issue - The dry fruits package was delivered as a cloth wrapped package - no box as displayed on your website.
Fourth issue - I reached out to customer service via email and heard back after a week that they will look into it, but never heard back despite my multiple subsequent reminders.
If I were you, I would save my money and look elsewhere.
