I feel proud to say that iam the user of this service. Yes , that is true. Iam the regular user of this service, a service that pays and renders real service. I think this is one of the best ways of selling their idea or concept among the ’networked community’. I liked their concept of doing business. I mean paying 30% of their ’’Ad’’ revenue to its members. I have been feeling proud of it because of its customer-oriented serivce.I feel that this is the service which pays its customers for using their service, by getting some advertisements in their portal/website. but, the real greatness is they have never advertised[i feel , but not sure]in any media about their service. It was the real magic of publicity and their doggedness to render the best promised service to their customers.The second noticable point about it, if any customer faces any sort of problem[Eg: check/technical/password problems /], they solve it with no greater time.They have recently updated their services such as ’’Discussion groups’’, which is really a better idea to entertain customers.
Let’s look at ’cons’, I strongly feel that this service is not enough to retain their customers, hence, they have to introduce more and options, such like they have to increase at the least 1 or 2 mb of of size of the inbox. And even they have to increase the speed of loading of the website along with the increase in their advertisements.
