Worst internet service provider ever. From the day I took this connection there are frequent disconnectivity issues . Atleast twice a week I have to call the customer care and they won’t pick the call . We have to try again and again until they pick. Recently two weeks back the connection got disconnected and till now the issue is not resolved. I raised a complaint and the resolved it a day after without my consent . When I asked about the issue they are saying the ticket is resolved , file another complaint request . Again I filed, when I asked for ETA they said we don’t have ETA and all once backend team fixes the issue we will let u know . I waited for 4 more days . Again I called and asked them for higher authority to whom I can escalated . But they said they can’t provide the details . And the way they respond is also very rude. They won’t care about the customers. Once u get into their service , that’s it you are at their mercy . So guys please won’t choose to go with any local internet service providers. Though the tariff is bit higher choose the standard once. End of the day customer service is the most important one. My recommendation would be bsnl, airtel and jio fiber optics. I have planned to disconnect from cherrinet and choose any one of the above three. A bitter experience but yet a better lesson to be learn . Better you pay better you get.
