A) I got opportunity from Chetu India Pvt.Ltd. Noida As a Software Engineer(Delphi). They were take 5 rounds for selection 1)Online Test 2)Technical Interview 3)Technical Interview 4)Technical Interview 5)HR Interview And after completing these rounds I selected then they asked me, 23 Dec 2016 is your joining date but I it was not possible on that time because I am from Maharashtra(Outstation). they gave me joining date 26 Dec 2016.finally they sent me offer letter on 20 Dec 2016. But I had some personnel problem hence I didnt join this company on 26 Dec 2016 but I already inform to Hr team why I didnt joined chetu on 26 Dec. and request to please postpone my joining date and they appreciated with me and suggest me, First you send me soft copy of 3rd-class AC train ticket or flight ticket then we send you Offer letter of particular date then I accept it.
B) Then I sent soft copy Train Ticket of 9th January 2017 on 4th January 2017 to HR Team. They accepted and told me, dontworry we will send you offer letter. And on 5th January 2017 I got opportunity from pune As asoftware Engineer and Hr team of pune gave me joining date of 6th January 2017. so, I Confused because I join chetu or pune? then I told about that with Hr team of Chetu They told me, we always with you, you avoid pune company, we will send you offer letter on particular date. Then I miss opportunity from pune because I believe on HR team of Chetu. unfortunately I got job mail from Ramsol indiapvt.ltd(MNC)from cochi and MNC company from noida then I again informed to HR team of Chetu about that and I said to HR, sir if you definitely send me offer letter then avoid these companies opportunity then they told me, we will send you offer letter dontworry. finally I miss opportunity from ramsol, MNC company of noida and pune.
C) Finally HR team of chetu told me, its only discussion part with technical team you talk with technical team then I asked why? I already selected in your company.they again told me, its only discussion part. then I accept and I only 5 minutes talking with Technical team and finally they give me feedback your feedback was negative .sorry for inconvenience.and they revoked my offer letter on 17th January 2017.
Conclusion-
1)If you got opportunity from Chetu then you take 15to20 days for verification before you joining chetu.
2)If you got opportunity form chetu .you do not give resign to current company, when you join chetu if you feel good then you give resign to your current company because they holding me such as like a balloon when they want leave and when they want catch. because I already miss opportunities from 3 companies for chetu.
3) I suggest to ex- employee of chetu you do not wrote Reviewchetu is Fraud company. becauseFraud Word spreads a lot of negative things such like a fake. what exactly you feel or face in chetu these things you write here.because chetu is not a fraud company, chetu is good company but problem in management team.if anyone help call me-7219722425.
Advice To Management
1) If You have drought about the candidate specially from outstation candidates then you call for interview in your company and give to candidate money for up and down while they come in your company. this will be very good strategy for your side and candidate side. you hire right candidate for your company and no drought . and on candidate side .candidate consider chetu is good company not a fake and candidate feel very happy when he will be selected in your company. and sir this strategy definitely will be increase of your company strength. do not take blame on your company.
2)Offer Letter- when I got offer letter from chetu no any signature I found on signature of authorized person. I know this is your company policy but any one in your management team can be take responsibility of offer letter and sign on offer letter and send scan copy of letter to specially for outstation candidates.how we believe on offer letter without signature.this is very dangerous sir because everyone has life and they came for his/her future.
3)If you have drought about selected candidate then you quickly inform to that candidate do not hold to candidates like a balloon.
4) So, Correction is not a correct to who is wrong, Correction is a correct What is wrong. so change it if you agree otherwise discard these valuable things.
