This is my ever first review on any item. I bought Spark LT 1.0 in Nov 2009. Since then I am done almost 4000 Kms. This is my first car in my life. Like others, I also did lot of R&D and had gone thru lot of reviews to narrow down to Spark. I would like to thank to Mouthshut users who provided their reviews on spark and helped me in choosing it.
Overall I am happy customer of Spark in all categories. In recent days, I have started observing the following things.
- Mileage: In initial days, I used to get good mileage. I was not sure of the reason. Most probably I was more cautiously driving on the road not crossing more than 40. But now a days I drive at avg. speed of 50 and mileage came down to 10KMPL.
2.Pickup when AC is on: In all other reviews, it was mentioned that there will be no change in the performance of engine in low gears upto 2. I could notice it clearly. Whenever I switch on AC, I can notice the change in pickup. I could find the same difference in pickup when 4 or 5 people sit in the car.
I am thinking to take it service center to check mileage. Other than mileage, I am happy customer of Chevy spark. I would not hesitate to suggest chevy spark if anyone asks me.
