I have purchased a U V A L S in Aug, in starting I was bit confused about the car performance and service, but now I am 100% satisfied with the car performance but 100% dissatisfied with the service especially given in Bangalore
As far as seeting and ride comfort this is the best car to own on streets. The gaer box and the cabin are like sound proof and the riding quality is also excellent.
Thank you GM for providing me such a nice product.But on the other side its lke the best product combined with the wrost quality of service.GM has only one service station in Bangalore that is far-far from my place. Or the other option is to pick and drop service such that it saves one day leave from office.
GM really needs some more authorized service station in Bangalore.The moral of he story is ’Why we chose the best product’Answer should be - Quality and Service.
Quality is 100% on the better side but service is what has taken my mind off from this Car.
