I tried to order from Chicking store, Pattom, Trivandrum, Kerala. My delivery location is just 2 km from the store.They refused my order citing the reason of minimum order value of Rs 350. My order value was Rs 250. I did not expect this kind of unprofessional behavior from Chicking and this incident is going to reduce all my further orders and make me order from other chicken stores near my area. I am extremely disappointed at your service.
Following my complaint to Chicking, the customer care executives have resolved the issue and delivered my order on the same day.
