I went to Chilis some time back with my friends on a weekend. They was a half an hour wait and they told us they would call us when our table was ready so we went on a quick drive.
Within 20 minutes, we got a call from them that our table was ready, we rushed back and were instantly impressed with the ambience and the setting. Very casual, very trendy, very chilled out. We sat at the bar for like 2-3 minutes and it was pretty cool.
The waiters are very warm and actually suggested us a couple of things since it was our first time at the restaurant. For starters, we ordered for texas cheese poppers, chicken wings and south western rolls. Cheese poppers and the wings were perfect but we didn’t quite like the rolls, some how the sauce didn’t go well with the other ingredients.
Anyway, for dinner we ordered grilled chicken burger, cilantro pesto pasta and chicken crispers. Honestly I have had better burgers or maybe I was expecting too much. The Pasta was good and I literally gobbled all of it. The chicken crispers consisted of some chicken strips, fries and corn on cob, which was pretty average, overall.
Even though certain dishes that we tried weren’t as good, I would visit this restaurant again to sample some more delicacies, as I loved the ambience and the friendliness of the staff.
