This is a great product from chings. Ive seen a lot of restaurants use chings sauces like chili, tomato, green chilli, soy sauce etc so I was wondering wondering whether the sauces were the ingredient that gave Chinese and fast food their yummy flavour the answer is yes.
I bought chings Schezwan sauce(it looked like a chutney) back in 2012 and the price was cheap like 100-120( not sure) bucks for a 250 gram bottle. The taste is fantastic Ive used this Schezwan sauce with tiffin items like idly, dosa, vada, bread etc and also with rice especially sambhar and rasam rice.
They taste really great with sambhar rice but be careful not to consume too much at the same time as it burns the same way going out as it does coming in. I would recommend this as a dip for chips and fresh bread. I think they can be used to make Schezwan noodles or fried rice as well. I used this for 2 months and never bought it afterwards because I was getting bored by the same flavor but will buy again when the chance comes. Unlike other Chinese sauces this one does not have a sweet aftertaste It is super spicy throught. Buy if you are addicted to hot spices or hot sauce. They also provide you with a small pamphlet detailing the different ways by which this sauce can be used in cooking. I would recommend this product from chings.
