Food experience is very bad because the food presentation of the organisation is very poor and food taste is not up to mark the really disappoint me when it comes to the food taste and presentation of the dishes. Ambience is very poor because the environment and atmosphere is not so favourable and the delete maintain the place clean and tidy and they didn’t clean the plates and tables. This hotel needs a good ambience to attract the customers because the atmosphere is very bad. Customer service is not up to much because they delivered my food after ordering 30 minutes it’s a long delay of delivering the food to the customers. If you are so hungry so please do not visit this restaurant because they are not going to deliver the food on time. Customer service is a very big drawback for this restaurant. Value of money is very poor because the food items are very expensive comparatively to there presentation of word and customer service and as well as bad ambience. I personally recommend you to go for the another restaurant if you are in full hungry because they are not going to deliver the food item what you order it on time and that to the food item is not so tasty that’s why I prefer you to go for the another restaurant if you are in full hungry.
