We took Travel health Insurance. We were informed that the policy will be sent within 14 days. I have not seen policy documents even after 55 days.
When I took policy, I was informed that if travel is extended, same insurance can be extended by paying additional premium. Since we extended our stay and requested for the premium for the extension, we have not been given any details except excuses and excuses.
