Its nothing but expensive. I have worked in many restaurants and can guarantee there is nothing professional about Viking Range.
Make certain to see results of real foods before buying a range. Viking melts chocolate chips on paper plates and tells people this is a big feature as the simmer is low. SO WHAT!
