TATAINDICOM BroadBand

It is really sad to say but unfortunately I am a customer of TataIndiCom Broad-band (Prepaid Connection). They have crossed all the limits of unprofessionalism. It really sucks guys. You wouldn’t get any support if you need kind of help neither in terms of customer care nor technical department. Everyone seems to throw the ball from one department to another. They have customer care center but  there is nothing called care of customer.


Recent example is: I have taken prepaid connection and after some time, for some reasons, I had to relocate my apartment from one location TO another location. I am having Rs.1378 as balance amount as I renewed my account and they are asking me to pay Rs.1300 as shifting charges. Rs 1300 more to utilize my own money. When I asked them to terminate my connection, they are saying that you wouldn’t get money back. There is no policy to refund the money in Pre-paid connection.


I mean, I am asking for my own money and they are asking me to pay Rs 1300 more to use my own Rs 1378. It sucks.....not at all justified. TATAINDICOM website is showing Shifting charges as Rs 500 and they are asking me to pay Rs 1300. And believe me there is nothing called customer care. I called them hundred times but no solution. They are saying that you will receive a call from this & that but no body will resolve your problem.


I would recommend you to think before taking a decision.


I should say, you will end up inviting more & more problems and frustration. They are not at all professional. No body will entertain you in their offices. Trust me........I had really bad experience with TATAINDICOM team.
