I am looking for a dish washer and I came to know that IFB arranges demo of their m/c when I went to Viveks. Then I called up one Mr. Eeshwar whose number the person at Viveks had given.
Mr. Eeshwar came with the dishwasher model Neptune. Unfortunately the m/c did not work. By this time I had read all the reports in this website and I was little nervous about choosing IFB. A week later he came with m/c again . It did not work even the second time. He left without fixing another appointment.
Some 15 days later I got a call from IFB office informing me that a new model has been introduced by name Neptune DX. Mr. Eeshwar took appointment to come at 12 noon 2-3 days back. At 11 AM, he called to say he would come at 1pm. He did not turn up at 1 pm also. So we washed all the vessels ourselves after waiting for one more hour, at 2 pm.
He arrived at 3 pm. But there were no vessels for wash demo. He was quite arrogant.
Now I am scared to touch IFB dish washer even with a barged pole.
