I think you should decide y you want to see a doctor. If you have a gap in your head then seeing a doctor may not be useful as seeing a head shrink or someone like Mick from the outback creek in Australias becuz he can fill your vacuum once and for all
The best advice is from the people who have had vast experience so maybe u should consult some of the patients and find out which one is getting better fastest and then u can see if u have the same problem also I have found that giving money is no good always refuse to pay your doctor and tell they r there for you and must help u.
They have moral duty to help u fix and maybe a construction doctor can help you always you shd go to the big one etc etc and you should find this very usefuls
