Well when it boils down to no nonsense aam jantaa service theres nothing like the
good old BSNL broadband/telephony connectivity.
I do my homework for months before jumping onto anything technical. Ive had my share
of Jazz and sneaky cutthroat tactics adopted by many-- Airtel, Reliance, Hutch. TATA-----
Reading between the lines become a heck of a job with these gooks.
Its not just speed and glitzy stores or customer service-- Price, Clarity, Network, auhthenticity
also counts-- And after weighing all the Pros and Cons I would recoomend (as per my findings)
the BSNL 1 GB broad band plan-- Rs 5000 PA on lumpsum payment and on your existing BSNL
landline. Monthly it is Rs 500/
1 pm- 7 am-- free upload/download. Else per month 1 GB paid.
RS 1270 approx goes into modem costs etc.
Installation even for novices is cool. The BSNL man has become very
cooperative and freindly--knowledgable too.
Reasonable speed for everything. Never had an issue really so far. No snags.Bills are transparent. No running around for wrong bills and extravagant claims. No hidden costs. Ideal for home users. Havent checked with the corporate segment.
Me and many of my IT professional freinds have gone for this & have ben happy users for months now. We IT geeks cant be taken for rides atleast on IT issues eh : )
Customer service? It actually works when you call them up. emailing is useless via their web portal.
But then Youll hardly have anything to crib about. We never had so far.
