I have been an internet user from last 2/3 yrs & now addicted to it. Initially I opted for Internet through cable they offered good services for some days & then same story started. I decided to go for sify but their customer service was damn negligible and I didn’t even talked to them again.
Finally I opted for Airtel ADSL connection. An unlimited package for Rs.699 . It is awesome I was never disconnected till now. It’s been 2 months. Customer Care is awesome man they guys give value to your money. If you are bit confused , Go for airtel blindly and rest will be like an automated machine. Such a high speed connection makes you feel cool while surfing & faster downloads. Their technical support is really mindblowing. They solve your complaints as soon as possible I made 2 complaints and got them solved in just 2/3 hrs. Another one is Pay Bill at your doorstep. You don’t even need to move to offices and stand in queue for paying bills.
