This is to warn you all not to get in the trap of Reliance people promissing in-expensive internet. I got my Airtel disconnected and enrolled for unlimited access package at Rs. 400 pmand telephone at 50 per month; paid the cheque to RCIL. It got encashed on 23.01.2008, a confirmation call came on 09th Feb, but till date no connection.
My dear guy from Reliance has now even blocked my phone, so I can not complain. My mails to Reliance customer care go into black-holes. A telephone call to them, they gave me a number of their incharge in Delhi, some Susmita Chakravarty, 011-30320042. The phone just rings and never is lifted (some thousand times in a week). Beware of this guy: Vinay, phone number 09990991853, Vikaspuri area, New Delhi. Got sick of their service, really. I will appreciate any help in giving me the protocol to cancel my connection and get my money back.
