Recently I have taken HTC TOUCH mobile, I found some gr8 features in that. The look of the phone is beautiful, it has wonderful features, u will be very happy for starting some days.
But later on, trouble starts. calls are dropped, msgs dropped, u see small bubbles on screen as the phone becomes old, when u go to write msgs, the words in T9/Dict mode will not be shown properly, some times even the alphabets dont come on the screen, only no’s are displayed.
This is ridiculous, I went to the service center, the response is not at all good there. they dont know anything bout the phones, they are not even able to operate the phone. after all this they took the phone for servicing, but still the problem was not solved. this repeated several times.
Later on, when I keep on visiting, they changed the chipset inside, even then the problems repeated. so many calls and msgs missed out. finally I sold out the phone, the resale value was not good, very deadly value, not even half rate I got....this is not the case with me, even one of my friend took the phone(HTC DIAMOND), all problems which I had, he also had......so I kindly suggest everyone not to take HTC MOBILES. Dont even think of taking them by mistake...plzzzzzz
