I am surprised that we have no choice but to stay with the service providers existing because it seems each one is trying to be as bad as the One next to them. I had Airtel for all of ONE month & I swore off it way back in 2002. I took a hutch no# then & have been with Hutch ever since But now its seems after lagging for more than 4 Years in Bad Customer service Hutch has Finally caught up with Airtel.
For those of us who have huct know its a choice between the devil & deep Sea... I’m not sure if Hutch is worse off than Idea, as I know for a fact that in bad N/W planning & usage Idea is head on head with Dolphin .. Anyways I’m dead sure that you can not have any conversation lasting more than 3-4 minutes on an Idea no# as that has been my experience. Anyways it would be highly appreciated if we get a forum to say what we feel like abt the Service sector, be it banking, Insurance, Telephone service providers or even car dealers.
