We bought an expensive 3 door refrigerator from Hitachi 5 years back. in 5 years it has broken down 6 times and each time we have had to haggle on an average between 2 - 3 months to set it right. And this year they took over 3 months to fix it, charged us 6000 and to top it all it broke down again in 2 weeks. They have no regret or any concern for customers. NEVER buy any appliance of Hitachi. This brand is not worth existing.
