We purchased an IFB digital washing machine and an IFB Dryer from Maharashtra electronics, MG Road Camp, almost 2 yrs ago. Since then we have been having problems continuously with the machines. The customer care centers are hopeless. They make promises like ’ technician will visit u by today evening’ or ’first thing tomorrow morning’, butit never happens until you make 5-6 calls more. If at all technician comes home to attend ur problem, he will not be aware what problem he has been sent to fix, so will not be carrying the necessary equipment with him. That will result in a commitment of a ’next’ visit, with the right equipment, which again takes forever.
I am sick of this company and it’s my hmble request to all those intending to go for IFb products to think twice. The company has earned a good name for the past few years but the people in charged now are ruining the reputation to the fullest.
