I bought a new washing machine from Asia Sales Agencies at OMR Chennai on Nov 11 around 12.00 PM and they promised me installation next day morning. However next day I did not get any call from the showroom therefore called up the customer care to my surprise they do not have any information about my purchase.
I have given all my information and they said it will take 24 hours for them to come and fix my washing machine. Please note that it was an exchange offer therefore they have taken my old washing machine and left me without any choice.
I later called up Asia and they told me that they will send someone around 2 PM, but no one came. I called them again around 4 and they promised service by 5 PM then later at 8.30 PM, at 8 when I called them they told me that the person supposed to come met up with an accident and will come only next day!
I had to travel next day for a week and every time I requested them, but they keep saying different time
I lost my trust as I was not sure whether they will send anyone, I myself had to fix my washing machine which I bought for 30k. This is my first product and this will be my last product from LG as well.
Till now I didn’t get any courtesy call, other than few technicians who tried to sell the cover and stand.
Deeply disappointed with the showroom and the customer care!
