We went to NEXT showroom in Tambaram chennai.
I ordered for samsung silvernano PAN model, because we liked it. I mentioned that I need a new piece, not demo piece. Those packed and sent me a demo piece, and they are not responding to my complaint
The service they provide is Bullshit*.
*The lamination is already worn(since its old piece) and I went to showroom to ask about it, Gash, the demo piece we saw is missing , I confirmed that what sent to me was a demo piece.
I asked wheres the piece , they told they gave it to some other customer, I asked for record proof, they kept silent. They are bunch of liars and a** holes wandering around, and they will do anything for Profit.
No website for them, No customer service, I don’t know why the heck they keep this showroom. and its
DON’T BUY IN NEXT SHOWROOM , OR BE FOOLED
