I bought a HAEIR fully automatic (5.5kg) in September 2004 through the said dealer. The machine works perfectly without making much noise.
It has all necessary options. Only draw back is there is no back-up memory. If power goes off, you have to re-do all instructions (the worst part is that you do not know how much job is left out. It will be good if some indication comes that these many minutes job is to be done) once again.
Offer of additional warranty little costly. If it comes with moderate offer many would certainly go for it. Service response is good (both dealer and the HAEIR). I had little problem of inlet leak (or that may be I was not knowing to fit it properly) which was set right immediately.
Its a good product who look out for fully automatic washing machine. It gives great relief.
