I had worst experience my water purifier stopped working with in warranty period. I called them 16days continuously but they have not attended
Some how I got the owner number again he himself is a cheater he give false promise and will not give service his number is 984454xxxx. Now I paid rs 2500rs for repair at outside dealer
So donot donot dont go for SONA water purfier at all. Their numbers are 890456xxxx/990017xxxx/991680xxxx/984454xxxx. If I call the technician he says he didnot get salary and he left job so the company is also not good
