Thermoking is a pathetic brand for water heaters. Their tanks have leaked twice in 2 years. It was replaced free of cost once, but now they are asking for visiting charges and have delayed it so much that rest of the parts have also got hit. NEVER go for this LOCAL brand. Their customer service is too bad.
