My husband and I signed up for X attack a month ago. Before we signed up, they were very pro-active, calling us up several times. Once we signed up, we were sent the detox powder and exercise CDs(the detox helped us lose weight, but we gained it back immediately after).
When the CDs arrived, we were disappointment by the quality. Bad sound, very amateurish, and they dont show enough angles, to make sure that you are doing each exercise right.
Both the exercise DVDs and the nutrition plan are TOTAL rips offs of P90X. My advice would be to search online, and buy p90X for the same price.
However, despite it being a total rip off of another programme, it you follow the DVDs and the food plan, this will definitely work. However do note, that following the plan strictly is not at all easy, its very hard work- 1 hour of exercise every day, plus a very specific eating plan. If you travel a lot, have a really busy schedule/cant cook at home everyday, this will be almost impossible to follow- unless you have access to ordering salads and meat from a place subway - but that will make it very expensive.
