Three years back I purchased five star split AC of 1.5 ton. Now facing cooling problem. Called Samsung service center. He detected the defect that - aluminum condenser leakage problem. He said due to heat, humidity and dust aluminum starts melting. He suggested copper condenser.
When approached the company - managers are not taking any responsibility and giving me the reason that aluminum condenser is successful car’s ac. I really feel cheated by company - as company is doing R&D with us. and not replacing it.
The estimated cost is more than Rs. 5000/-. Now I feel, we should not trust on brand, because there is no any warranty.
DO NOT BUY SAMSUNG AC...
