I had bought a Voltas Vertis Elite 1.5 T Winow AC on 19th April, 2009. The AC was consuming far more power than specified on its catalogue. My old LG AC was consuming far less power.
So I had written a review regarding that. Here is an update on that review. Update on 30-06-09: I have deleted the review as the problem has been rectified. Now the AC is consuming 1.9 units on an avg. per hour. There was some problem with the stabilizer which was consuming a lot of power.
I got that replaced with a branded one. Now the AC is running fine. Cooling is gud . Noise is a bit of a problem. Overall I am quite satsfied with the AC & would recommend it to buyers who don’t have enough budget to buy hitachi..Would advice the buyers never to buy a local stabilizer.
