Selling products is the easy part. Samsung should focus on the service. Their service is awful.. I bought Samsung AC in March 2012. It started giving problems April 13 onwards. Their engineers could not identify the problem in the first 2 visits and in the third visit they took away the PC card, leaving the indoor unit open and totally non-functional.
Now its been a week and their is no news from the service center. After repeatedly calling customer care, they say the part is not available. Service center, customer care and the engineer are clueless, all saying problem will be resolved within a few hours, just keep giving out complaint numbers and confirming profile details. Samsung has turned out to be totally inconsiderate towards customers!!
