I have purchased one Air Purifier from Philips in the expectation that it is a good established brand.
But your customer care has dismantled all my hopes of Philips being a good brand.
I purchased Philips after a long time and I am very much disappointed.Other brands like LG and Samsung are much better at their customer experience.
I purchased air purifier and requested for a demo on PHILIPS Customer Care 18001022929. I was assigned a request number 502260373154.
I was told that I would be contacted in 4 hours and technician would visit at my home for demo.But unfortunately nobody visited that day.I again contacted Customer care referring my request number and I was told that they apologized for service failure and said that they were sending reminder on urgent basis. They told that I would be contacted next day within 4 hours.
Again nobody visited or contacted me.I again contacted the customer acre and the same story again repeated by them.Now I feel cheated by this third class brand owner and the inefficient customer care staff.It is a serious service issue and this is the reason that Philips is staying much behind other brands and its sales are regressing.
