After Sales service of EBL International Noida

As a customer I feel cheated by Exide and EBL Internaltional Noida. I purchased a Sukam inverter with Exide Battery 9 months ago from EBL International, Sec-10 Noida. Battery started giving problem after few months and when I contacted Exide they told me that sales/service is dealer’s responsibility and I have to contact to my dealer.


Then I contacted EBL International, Sec-10 Noida and informed about the same. At first they told me that they will send someone to identify problem but no body turned up. after several reminders one person came after few days and told that Battery is faulty. when again contacted EBL International, Sec-10 Noida but I didn’ get favourable response. even they tried to fight with me by using harsh languages.


I would say EBL International, Sec-10 Noida is worst agency I ever seen in terms of after sales and service. when u go to purchase anything then they will talk in the way that you are god for them but after that only god can save u........


I would say please refrain purchasing anything from EBL International. Its my personal experience. And not only mine, similar incident happened with my colleague as well.
