I’ve owned a Black and Decker toaster oven for over 10 years. Not the same one but when I needed to replace it I bought the same brand.
I was very pleased with my first one and when it went to toaster heaven, I decided to buy another. Since I use the toaster or oven feature several times a day, I don’t expect this appliance to last more than 5 years.
It is small enough to fit on my counter comfortably but large enough to toast 4 bagel halves at one time = to 3 full slices of rye bread or 4 english muffin halves.
The thermostat has a range up to 500degrees so I also bake small items in it too. It can hold at least 5 fairly large potatoes for baking and bakes evenly. I have even baked two chops in this toaster oven using the tray that is included. I’ve also baked small buns and muffins in this handy little critter.
The oven is also easy to clean. The crumb catching tray opens from the bottom to allow for crumb removal. The glass doors are easily cleaned too and allow you to see how your project is cooking.
Caution, remove the plug when cleaning your toaster oven to avoid injury.
