Hmmm… So the floods are over. Rains are gone. The short irritating post rain summer has also bid farewell. The chilled winds are around the corner now. Have you packed your bags for this winters holiday? Are you having a problem to choose the perfect destination for your awesome holiday? Don’t worry! Here is a list of different most sort after winter holiday destinations one of which would definitely suit your need.

Ohhh Y You don’t have a passport? Not sure whether you would get a Visa or not? Emmm… money issues. Alright! Hey you miss understood me! I am not talking about the Queen’s Land but our very own Little U.K. that can give the ‘ THE UK’ inferiority complex. UTTARKHAND!


You plan a day, 3 day, a week or even a months plan and this place would not disappoint you! Unfortunately due to the landslides and heavy floods in this rainy season has resulted in destruction of some of the very beautiful places of attractions, U.K. still has got so much to offer that you wouldn’t regret going to!


Jim Corbett


Jim Corbett is the oldest National Park of India. For conserving the natural environment and existence of animals, the surroundings are kept intact. No human activities are allowed inside it apart from clearing the roads after rainy seasons( Jim Corbett remains closed during rainy seasons) or occasional fallen trees.


Entire KAAL movie was shot in this National Park. A safari inside this Park may run down chills in your bone marrows. The thrill of watching the wild animals in open, especially the wild elephants and if your are lucky or unlucky, whatever you may say,  the BENGAL TIGER! .


Winter Season has the highest probability of watching the wild animals as animals step our of their dens in open after the long rains…

Nainital


Named after the famous Lake where Lord Shiva supposedly performed Tandava, Nainital is one of the major tourist destinations of our desi U.K.  The serene environment and the natural topographical beauty could easily make an atheist believe in God. Such is the ravishing creation called Nainital. Whether you take a Shikara to disappear in the exhilarated fog over the Lake, stroll across the Mall road, take the Trolley and go the China point on Nainital to have a look at the Highest of the Himalayan peaks,  spot the rare species like snow leopard, steppe eagle and Himalayan black bear in the one of its kind Nainital Zoo, see one of the few Governor houses  of the Raj Bhawan in India open for public viewing, with is sprawling gardens or visit the Eco Cave garden  where your children can learn  about eco sphere. The beauty knows no bounds in here. The science lovers can pay a visit to Aryabhatta Research Institute of Observational Sciences( ARIES) . Just looking out of you room’s balcony would make you understand in the beauty of the place.

Yes the New Year is just about to come in a month, and all those party lovers who are getting ready, have you purchased the tickets to GOA? Or are you planning for a Road trip with friends? If you don’t like too cold places and also hate beaches then you must be loving these kind of heritage places. Yes! RAJASTHAN! The land of royal Rajputs, walking on which can make you feel the pride. Rich in culture, pride in its heritage Rajasthan has much more to offer than you could ever imagine. Ride in the eye caching beauty of Thar Desert on the hump of the camel or go camping! You could never get bore of this place. Visit the grand palaces or stay in one, wonder at the magnificient forts of Jodhpur and Jaisalmer, you would come back with a wish to go there again!  Oh I am not exaggerating. You don’t believe me? 5. Delhi


So you are a cowboy or a village girl from the country side. Or are you just looking out for much well connected tourist place? No? Gotcha! A Street food lover! Do not worry? Delhi ‘s metro trains are here for you!


When on one part of the year, the city burns under the sun during scorching summer, the winter just amazes you to question . Is this the same city I visited in summer?


The Capital of India boasts of few of the most renowned architectures of Mughal Empire . Red fort,  Jama Masjid, Qutub Minar, the Street food of Delhi and the endless list of attractions in Delhi  would make you go GaGa all over.
