I came here on 22nd along with my mother and they run few tests in Rheumatology Clinic.
First of all they don’t give you the reports, they send it to the doctors directly, it is fine but if we want the same report we have to take the doctor’s approval and then submit it to MRO Counter and they will give it to you in 1 or 2 days (in few cases even more delay) and they will even make you pay the print out charges.
Few points to note:
Management is rude (staff) including doctors
It’s a business, they will at least make each individual pay 15000 to 20000 for tests.
Tests rate are higher as compared to other labs.
I personally think they are running a scam here and they delay in giving the next appointment at least by a week so we have to spend on transportation, fooding and accomodation.
In short sab Motherboard hai yahan.. I booked an appointment of senior doctor that too 2 to 3 months before aur yahan aaya toh dekha k ek junior baitha hai.. arey toh inform kaun karega? K nahi hai doctor? Emergency leave liya tha senior doctor ne 2 mehna pehle se October 2022 tak.

First we took an special appointment 900 de kar..
Next date junior doc ne khud se diya Thursday ko and chuxxxx ne OPD ka de diya 140 rupay le kar.. arey lxxxxxx tu puch na merese opd chalega k nahi.. meri mummy hai sath main aur yahan aaya opd mein toh bohot rush tha mummy ko dhakka bhi lag gaya.. aur 4 baje se aa k 8 baje tak baithna pada.. yahan admi ilaj karwane aaya hai ya dhakka khane.
- Dil udass ho gaya hai yahan aa k.. agar thoda sa bhi Tamil bolne aata na mujhe.. sabko gxxx maar deta main yahan.
