I have been using Ciba Vision O2 Optix contact lenses since almost ten years now. I must say that I have been really happy and satisfied customer having got amazing results and experience.
Before using this brand I had used some other brand for a couple of months. But wearing those lenses for more than 12 hours used to make my eyes tired and exhausted. My eyes weren’t really getting fresh oxygen / air since the lenses were not ’breathable’. So I was not really comfortable wearing them for more than 10-12 hours and had to take them off after 5-6 pm or so.
When I relocated to Singapore in mid 2006, once I just happened to casually consult a salesman from an optics store in a mall. He showed me various kinds of contact lenses, brands etc., and suggested Ciba Vision O2 Optix lenses. He seemed like a really genuine and sincere person (unlike usual sales people who will tell you lots of lies to just get the customer buy the product).
So I decided to initially buy one box, containing 6 lenses, i-e, 3 pairs (lasting for three months if you use same power for left and right eyes). Within 24-48 hours I really felt huge difference from the earlier brand. I could use them even for 16-18 hours without my eyes even realizing that they are wearing contact lenses etc. I felt as they were my natural eyes!
Since then I have never changed or even bothered trying any other brand at all! Even when I relocated to lots of other cities in India/world, I have stuck to these lenses only. In some cities this brand was not available but I still order them online instead of compromising on my choice or taking the risk of trying some other brand etc. Why even try some other thing if you know that a particular thing works very well for you?
Since eyes are an important part of our lives and our personality or physical appearance which is playing a vital role in our personal and professional lives, I must admit that my life has changed for better ever since I started using Ciba Vision O2 Optix contact lenses. I would highly recommend it to everyone, including those who shy away from contact lenses and still use spectacles for some reason (like comfort or convenience).
