The kind of roads and the residential are really well planned and made it really comfortable for the common man.
Like most other PSUs there are been instances were some of the residential complex have not been upto the mark and had created a lot of problems, but for 1 or 2 small things we should not forget the kind of work they have put.
I remember when I was in 2nd std and we had CIDCO yellow color buses and it was really as good as BEST but their was some internal problems and CIDCO stopped all those buses and ST took over from it.
CIDCO has been the only PSU, which has been up to the mark and have performed really well. Inspite of being under pressure from the centre these guys have really a built a city of future. The best part with CIDCO has been that they have been very aggressive in their work and have attended the International Exhibitions and promoted New Bombay in a great manner. Recently, I got to know that the CIDCO is having a stall at the San Jose IT exhibition and Inviting all the major IT companies to set-up the shop here in Navi Mumbai and why not, where can you get better infrastructure and better place to living with all types of people living here in absolutely harmony.
Though like other PSUs, they do have some staff members who are laid back and dont answer properly but you cant expect everyone to be same. CIDCO has been so agressive that they have outsourced a Call Centre which handles the customer service query. This is what I call agressive marketing.
