My father in laws insurance was rejected. They did not give us a concrete reason and dont even bother calling us back to inform the status.
We had to repeatedly keep calling them. Also, once refused they did not send the bills back. We put in an application for the same at the blore office. Have with us an acknowledgement for the same(as we had submitted it in person).
Now they claim they do not have the application with them. For the last 2 weeks, we have been repeatedly calling their customer service and all we get to hear is that " we will be calling you back in 1/2 hr". The 1/2 hr has not happend for 10 calls from our side.
Our experience with them was horrible and painful. I would not go with them again and would not recommend anybody to do so as well.
